Our Alternative Dispute Prevention and Resolution
Program (ADR), established in collaboration with our workers'
compensation insurance program, is designed to speed injury
treatment, resolve claims quickly and reduce or avoid costs
associated with litigation.
An ombudsman plays a central role in preventing or limiting
disputes through informal conciliation and arbitration as soon as
possible following the injury of an employee. Employees benefit
from free expert help and informal resolution of disputes without
the involvement of an attorney.
Employers may benefit through reduction of workers'
compensation premiums, thereby achieving greater efficiency in
the marketplace.
